the staff was very friendly, informative, and professional. the hotel was super clean and i felt very secure. i would definitely stay here again. the location was central yet quiet at night (a rare combination).

i noticed only one very minor issue, the room was quite small.

I really liked the hotel location. the staff were helpful. i was touched by their kind attention. They surprised me with a handwritten note (so lovely!) and french pastries, made my birthday so special.
